Before initiating any legal action, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes with Jubiterra Agriculture Ltd through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of arbitration in Alberta, Canada, unless either party opts for court proceedings.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if that is not possible, severed. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Jubiterra Agriculture Ltd regarding the use of our Services. These Terms supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and negotiations, whether written or oral.
